Sands Companies welcomes Holly Casper, Director of Asset Management

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C., January 28, 2021–Sands Companies of Myrtle Beach would like to introduce one of its newest members to the team: Holly Casper, director of asset management, who was hired in January 2021.

Casper comes to Sands with more than 19 years of industry experience. As director of asset management, she is responsible for the overall performance of the multi-family property portfolio, providing proforma projections, SE market knowledge, new construction lease-up directives, budget preparation, and overall property operation directives.

“I’m excited to be part of the Sands team,” says Casper. “And in this busy market, my experience in the industry will give us an edge over the competition and an added advantage for our investors.”

Prior to joining the team, Casper served as senior vice president of operations at RKW Residential. A University of Maryland graduate, she’s new to the Myrtle Beach area and enjoys spending her free time on the beach with her husband and two dachshunds, Oscar and Lucy.
