STEP 2

We Visit Properties

Based on your home search finds, one of our agents will prep a list of homes to visit. We may also throw a few listings on there that we’ve researched and feel could be a good fit for you. We then narrow that list down to your top contenders.

We Make an Offer

Once you’ve decided on the house you want to buy, one of our Sands Realty agents will help you determine how much to offer based on our comprehensive real estate data. We’ll then prepare the contract, review it with you, present it to the seller and negotiate terms if necessary.

STEP 3

We Schedule a Home Inspection

After you sign a contract, the actual close date is usually about 30 days later. During this time, we recommend hiring a home inspector to thoroughly evaluate the property. We’ll help you with any additional contract negotiations based on the inspector’s report.
